Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

With the SDM obligations, the provices, and others, Vic is going to need more greenhouses

Just to be clear, does “net value” mean profit or revenue?

Another thing on my mind. When I listened to the conference call this week I believe Vic said the deal with Double Diamond would give DD 49 percent of a 50% gross profit margin for the 120,000 kgs from the facility.

After DD gets their cut Aphria owns the kgs for their downstream sales.

Can anyone verify or correct?
