RE:ValuationsI'd say the insiders are already suffienctly invested in this company. Note that a good portion of the units below warrants or options so it makes much sense to exercise those before buying anything else. Insiders don't normally buy much anyway since they normally have said options to exercise so the much more telling metric is whether insiders have been dumping shares and that has not happened to date. By the way, check out the bios of Lorne Gertner and Terry Johnhson. This is a very good management team.
