RE:Its astonishing that none of you are asking THE question@legaleafs Exactly, 100% Agree with you!! Of course it's a big deal..... A stupid news release came out from CMED that ISS recomends CMED shareholders accept the Newstrike deal. Well of course CMED Shareholders should accept buying Newstrike for 83 cents when it trades at $1.80 per share. The question is what would ISS recommend HIP Shareholders do? Accept an offer for 83 cents when their stock trades at $1.80. I don't think this deal is going to work and if it does I honestly feel bad for HIP Shareholders who bought shares amuch higher prices. Just on fairness this HIP deal with CMED at .033 a CMED share for 1,000 HIP shares should not close. ALL IMO!
