You forgot the part why did hip go from 40 cents a share to 3.00? it litterally happened within 4 days with zero pr or New releases. New strike cant even afford to build out they're own facility to secure there lisence. It rose to 2$ a share based on pure hype and people not understanding market caps.


A more appropriate value for Hip as the company stands right now is probably 90 cents a share lets be real here. It's a good deal for both companys. Cannimed can start growing and finalize the build out of the facility right away. They also have 15000 patients that they can sell oil to that seems to be in high demmand right now.

Cannimed has actual sales first quater cannimed come even do 15 million in sales. I predict 10-15 million first quater. We're not valued what we are based on hype and nonsense.
