You want people to tell you why you should invest in HS? It's your decision, so do your own DD. Have you even bothered to look at the news from HS over the past two years? Why don't you just call HS yourself and ask them your questions? Too lazy I guess. If the board is junk, take your own junk and go somewhere else.
