Gains VS losses

Cmed managment egos are to blame for " Take Over" as media calls it.

All this talk about a HOSTILE TAKE OVER from ACB .... I believe this is a no brainer,

The advantage of a MERGE not a take over with ACB will benefit CMED .

We Have much More to Gain with ACB in the future then Taking over Hip

ACB/ Cmed = win win

Cmed / HIP = lose lose

Cmed loses out on becoming leaders in the industry and hip share holders lose with 10000 / 33 shares

imo .
