What should i do with my P shares?

What should i do with my P shares?
 
 Hi everyone, quick question. I am debating selling some or all of my shares. If we are geting 0.29C per P share i should get just over 5.5k FR shares. Is it worth me selling my P since i Buy in was at 0.14c or should i wait and take the FR Or sell some P and have the rest be convered over to FR.
 
Any constructive ideas would be amazing at this time.
