China could terminate a joint venture, but if TI02 comes out of that plant at any time after the JV is terminated it is a validation for RGX and can be used as leverage for its own plant financing.
Extremely important - RGX will have the technology centre (commerical module) in Quebec. Any JV deal would include helping fund that. When that module is functioning (which cannot be tampered with by the Chinese) then the tech will be proven and it doesn't matter what China does. RGX will be a success globally if the tech centre proves all of their energy and environmental and product claims.
China is would be a partner, but not the only partner. They can keep their market share and RGX will still have market share in just NA available for the taking of 10+ 100k tonnes plants.
