I do agree and personally I'm long on CBW. We are currently one of the heaviest shorted MJ stocks though, and it's likely because of the ability to buy the insurance warrants on the open market. 
I believe if they are exercised even with the added dilution it would be healthy for our share price, because people are able to short with the ability to insure their potential loss in a run up via the warrants. We have already been held back because those are trading.
