I have no doubt that the stock has floundered this week despite the seemingly okay press releases due to the concern over the sale settlement. When a company does not address the issue on which the market has been waiting to hear, some become skeptical and sell. We all thought that Gamble would be more transparent and address this issue but silence is a killer. Again, if he wants to gain credibility he needs to communicate better...end of story.
