ACB Sharholders vote Monday on the issuance of 170mm shares. Next week will be interesting!
HIP will do well without the current CMED management and perhaps find a better suitor.

Small correction, The vote is on the issuance of "up to 170M shares". Distribute the maximum of 4.5 shares for every CMED share with no $24 cap for a fair valuation and the deal would likely get done.
