RE:RE:RE:Milestones Reached at Nuclear Projects Around the WorldWell said. A very good case in point is the United Kingdom. Blair and Co orchestrated the non-nuclear Britain policy by covering the place in wind farms. Unfortunately the nuclear plants that were the backbone of the grid system were closed and the capability to build these plants completely lost. Unfortunately this stupid policy resulted in Britain being forced to pay massively for the electricity from Hinckley Point C (ninety pounds a MW-hr). Bankrolled by the Chinese and being built by the French this is the catastrophic consequence of the liberal anti nuclear agenda.
As you say phony environmental deals (like windmills that use large amounts of Lanthanum...a very difficult rare earth to mine and separate) and covering the place in solar panels that only work 30% of the time has resulted in huge electricity price increases and a destruction of nuclear build capability. The Russians and the Chinese will be all too pleased to help them (and the US if it keeps doing the same nonsense) with their energy requirements but you can bet they will suck the bank dry when they come to the rescue.
Merkel is the absolute biggest energy hypocrite on this planet. While shutting down nuclear plants (to save the environment) she is busy builig huge lignite power plants in East Germany...THEIR CO2 emissons are increasing dramatically...but you hear not a peep from the media about that.
Agree 100% with what you say.
