Well, I wouldn't be trying to buy it if I didn't believe it would go up. I agree that leading into summer and through summer your target is valid with legislation expected to be finalized. Looking at short term volume and price movement this has a chance of dropping to $1.25 by end of next week. Then bounce back up.
