One simple question

How can cmed tout it is worth more than 24 $ by saying aurora is offering shares that are trading at an inflated value...? Pretty much all the mj stocks fit into that category, it is self-contradictory. The whole mj sector has been down 2 days in a row, and were it not for aurora's bid, cannimed would have done worse today, however shares held steady at the 24$ buyout offer.
