Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:CSR

RE:RE:CSR I could not agree with you more Bella.  It's a non issue if you look at the bigger picture.

There are over 20 companies now listed on the CSE and TSX  that are doing business in the US.  Hard to imagine a policy implemented that would be impossible to comply with that doesn't serve the needs of listed companies and investors.

New policy by CSA that forces more stringent requirements on companies to provide more timely disclosure to shareholders on a regular basis is a good thing.

The press release is great news for all those wanting more exposure to the US market.

"In terms of Aphria's U.S. assets, I would like to convey the message that we have no delisting request whatsoever from any regulator," Neufeld told analysts on a call to discuss its second-quarter earnings Wednesday. "And we remain on a path that will be receptive to the regulators, while at the same time, provide proper value to our shareholders."
