Not to mention Canaccord is named in the lawsuit. By far the most important financial services firm providing capital to cannabis companies.

They either get acquired by Aurora, which I think is inevitable at this point.

OR

They somehow succeed in not being acquired and no one wants to do business with them ever again. Shareholder confidence has already dropped off a cliff, the share price would follow shortly thereafter.
