If ETI can extract the precious metals at the recovery rates they claim to be capable of, then there would be no risk in this company. As Eunice12 mentioned, their process has been tested numerous times in smaller scales with outsanding results; however, when you scale up processes by a large factor, there is no guarantee that the results will be just as good as it was on the smaller version. Typically, when you scale up processes like these, the recovery rates go down. Hence, the risk that Eunice12 was alluding to. Let's hope that the recovery rates are still within reasonable limits to make this a cost effective extraction process. We should be able to find out how this Memphis plant performs in the upcomh weeks.
