Eigan, you make some points but loose the color and caps...

Eigan, you make some points but loose the color and caps...In the fine print drafted by lawyers of course,  those funds that invested in CMED have protections for the fund from legal consequences if they invest in stocks that do not perform.... so your point is well taken but their will be no law suit.

Monday,  will be difficult..... it is very shakey.... but I rely on fundamentals.  Unfortunately the shre price today is not really based on fundamentals,  nor will the action on Monday be based on fundamentals..... it is going to just be based on speculative fever, and that is just not good...

If anything,  if this thing goes really bad,   ACB will have great grounds for a counter law suit against Zettl for damages since their claim will ultimately be proven wrong,  if it ever gets to court which it will not... predatory law suits never get to court....

Lawyers suck the life out of the conflict for as long as they possibly can and will encourge their clients to keep fighting since it benefits them, and so I trust the managment of ACB will do the right thing,  and that is,  withdraw the CMED offer immediately,  and then let CMED lawyers drift in the wind..... as they will no longer have a real claim and Zettl will get pinched for his statements and that will go to manipulation and lawyers will draw this out, but in the end ACB will not be guilty of anything.....

How do you prevent a lawyer from drowning?

Take your foot of his head...
