RE:Options Exercised at $0.741.2million about. So assuming you'd only exercise option if you believed the sp would stay above the exercise Price (74 cents). Does it happen a lot where management exercises and it drops below exercise price ? Can't really remember usually I don't pay too much attention to this in the bigger companies. Thx
