RE:Lawsuit?????

RE:Lawsuit?????Was an announcement of litigation following ACBs court ordered statement a surprise to anyone? CMED was not going to respond? Really? Seriously?

After that court ordered public ACB statement it would be very stupid, and most likely negligent of the present CMED directors not to stand up strong on behalf of the shareholders and demand some nice tasty bonus E & O insurance $$$$$$$$$$$.  Most likely close to the estimated full battle litigation costs of all parties plus 25% of the asked damages. No where near the $750 mil but in a range of $250 - $300 million.
