Yes you are correct that on Jan 3, 2018 I stated I had never owned any ACB or CMED shares.

However by Jan 11 I had own both ACB and CMED shares and posted the follow here on the CMED board.

"I did own some ACB but sold it at $14.00. Almost got the $14.88 but got greedy. Bought some CMED so I can vote for the HIP deal, and against ACB. I usually back the straight up player and believe I should do so with $$ if needed to vote."

For the up to date facts. As of Jan 13, 2018 I still hold CMED shares and absolutely no ACB. But I do wish I had shorted ACB when I did get out.
