Compelling share price!

Compelling share price!Considering Constellation Brands put $245,000,000 equity into Canopy Growth for 9.9% of its shares.  When Constellation brands paid $13/share, they paid over 4.5X book value!  I think Constellation Brands has a better idea of how to evaluate the marijuana sector then you and I when they decided to pay over a 1/4 billion dollars for their stake in Canopy Growth.

For mere comparison, had Canopy Growth been trading at 2X book value, presently IMH stock price of $1.84 has a 2X book value, Canopy Growth shares would have been priced at only $5.80. Wow.

Perhaps, the share price may drift slightly with nervous investors, but with looming catalysts such as, Acreage license any day, completion of Acreage expansion any day, completion of increase stake in AB Laboratories, AB laboratories expansion, buyout initiated by one of the big five, possible movement to the TSX, I'd want to have my position when that halt is initiated.

Lastly, Arbour who is also in Alberta gloats about the perks of low cost utilities offered in Alberta (water, electricity) compared to other provinces.  IMH ACREAGE 100% owned is in Alberta.  Don't forget, IMH has an 82% stake in a Fertilizer company, and surprisingly it has a few patented products.

For these reasons, a buyout is imminent!
