RE:Terms on the Deal? Terms won’t change.  The vote is next Monday.  Likely it will go through.  Best way to get the best value out of this deal now is to buy cmed.  They are getting a great deal on HIP.  PLUS they just filed a 3/4 million dollar lawsuit against ACB.
