RE:A question for 321PMAC...Yes that will change the ratio. Why do you think it wouldn’t? A company could issue a ton of shares to themselves then go back and say we agreed on 115 million for the buyout. Does that seem fair? I got flames for saying this before and don’t count my clean before they hatch lol but it’s common sense. I don’t know where the confusion is on this there have been countless posts on this and people thinking it was 115 million dollars regardless of share price lol again people do your dd it’s all in the buyout release they did... if you have thousands invested why aren’t you doing the 20 minutes of reasearch on things like this.
