CMED / ACB in Court . . .This is not the first time that CMED tried to go to Court. They were thrown out of Court in Saskatchewan and in Ontario they basically lost . . . even though ACB had to wait 105 days. This will not even go to Court, it will be thrown out. There is NO basis for CMED to bring ACB to court. Zettl is seeing the writing on the wall. He has put everytthing in his company and he wants to keep it. The problem, when you go public there is a risk . . . somebody could come in and take over the company. Sorry Mr Zettl, you have to play by the rule, even if it breaks your heart.
