RE:RE:regarding lawsuitI read it. No expert but the affidavit states the Director was shopping around CMED but no specific mention of ANY deal re Newstrike. As a Directoer is Tredgett not allowed to, in fact is he not bound to, work in the best interests of the Shareholders?
