In the United States, it operates through, Opticann Inc., an oral and topical cannabinoid company.

If you have a full serve broker like Mackie or Cannacord, you’d sell CANN short until the symbol change occurs. Then they swap the shorted share with the new CANN share.

UMB PP was for 43,700,000 shares and 43,700,000 warrants. Total of 87,400,000 PP shares coming onto the market with a HUGE profit. Expect at least 75% of those holders to take profit. Many of the 96 PP participates were ‘green’ to PP investing, so the shares will come onto the market early next week. SP could hit high $.20’s IMO.
