yeah , no kidding. I don't see how people don't see it for what it is... Reading way to much into it. In 3 weeks we will have aquired cmed and zettl will be the loser CEO sueing his old majority share holders. The news will be over shadowed by news they have had to sit on for what will be a month. youll never hear of it again. This guy has been with them since 1991 and is 65. He will retire angry.
