RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CEO says it is happeningHydro here is the link:
https://www.mtlblog.com/news/the-quebec-government-wants-the-province-to-go-more-marijuana

- If the number of licensed producers doesn’t increase, then Quebec will be forced to purchase a bulk of the province’s cannabis supply from Ontario or other Canadian provinces.
- To ensure Quebec is ready to meet the marijuana-demand come legalization, and ensure the money stays in the province, the Couillard government wants to speed up the licensed producer process.

If there is a Canadian news service within the marijuana space I get on my desktop, if not I'd like to see it. Suffice to say I try to keep updated on this space. I can absolutely confirm that I have never, ever read anything that suggests that the QC government would buy from ALL licensed LP's only and only within Quebec. The Minister did say during our appearance at the hearing that she wanted more LP's to be licensed within QC AND would look into the reasons why there were only 2 at the time. There has always been a consensus that a JV was necessary to ensure ample supply was available from day one. To suggest otherwise would simply not be accurate.
