This is a good start.

As it says not many have endoresed it.

But early days and other legislative acts may follow.  Many politicians will be afraid to put their name on it due to fear of repercussions in comming elections.  

Simplest solution is just move mj to sched II.

But hurrah, the avalanche starts with a single snowflake:)
