Any settlement amount will not be stated publically or spoken of in whispers. No admission of anything, and gags all around.

However with a public company the financial accounts are open to public scrutiny. Just look for a big fat chunk of money coming into the company that is not related to sales of goods, or a funding action that would have to be publically announced. Bingo! A bit of Find Waldo, but it will not be hard to find.
