RE:confidenceContinuity. Thanks for that post. I had a long chat with someone high up at nsu months ago who is still there but not involved in the day to day operations there. He basically echoed what you just said in that the technical people at bisha were second to none but were somewhat held back by decisions made from the top ( not the board ) he expressed a lot of frustration with a number of people that have left and felt things were turning albeit slower than he had hoped or anticipated. Held a lot of confidence with the management group but felt things had slipped further than many had thought. I agree, the market is correct in heavily discounting the stock until someone can prove otherwise.
