RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hip is not worth 1 billion maybe 50 million at most With all do respect if ACB has the best Management Team then why do they have a $725 million dollar lawsuit on their lap. You better stop thinking about how great this management team is and look at the simple facts. ACB is going to have a hard time closing a $200 MILLION Dollar financing at $13 with a major lawsuit on their hands. I know it's a hard thing for them to do but ACB better take their dicks out their hands and try to figure out a way to take off them 25 pound concrete shows this lawsuit has put them in. Its no way to win a race. ACB is fuked if somehow CMED closes its deal with HIP because then; them 25 pound concrete shoes ain't ever coming off. ALL IMO!
