RE:RE:CANNTAB AGREEMENT SIGNED

RE:RE:CANNTAB AGREEMENT SIGNEDFull disclosure, I significantly reduced my position in TFS but still have over 100k shares.

Brootal, you won't be up or down after this halt. This halt was to release more news on the deal TFS and Canntab are working on.

The news release DOES confirm your TFS shares will consolidate 200:1. They will MAINTAIN their value despite what others are saying. So 200 TFS shares at 5.5 cents will get you 1 post-consolidated TFS share for $11.

Canntab shareholders are the real winners. For every Canntab share they own, they will get 4 post-consolidated TFS shares so following the same example above... they will get 4 shares worth $11 each = $44.

The rest of the news release is straight forward and welcome because it's much clearer than the previous news release.

So when does consolidation happen? TFS shareholders will have to vote for the consolidation to be approved. It's most likely TFS already has a majority or contacted the largest shareholders and the vote will pass without ever having to contact you or me. If they don't have an easy majority, expect mail (or possibly an email) asking you to vote. TFS will also be getting rid of their other assets from their days as a resource/exploration company.
