It's most likely TFS already has a majority or contacted the largest shareholders and the vote will pass without ever having to contact you or me. If they don't have an easy majority, expect mail (or possibly an email) asking you to vote. TFS will also be getting rid of their other assets from their days as a resource/exploration company.
