RE:december production figures are breath taking

RE:december production figures are breath taking Yes 18.863 oz for Dec. is really a blowout record production month.
Nov. was 15,841 oz
Oct. was 16,995 oz (their previous record month)

18k oz x 12 months = 216k oz
That is probably the upper end of production, but who knows if they have finished ramping up Providencia or how much oz the newly converted illegal miners can add with the increased plant capacity. Then add oz from Marmato reaching higher grade. One can dream :-)

Company operated mines including Providencia produced 10,940 oz in Q3.
Company operated produced 17,761 oz in Q4.
That is a big jump in higher margin oz including silver byproduct from Providencia.

This is what I just wrote on SA and copy pasting here. *** Breath taking production figures for December 2017. Gran Columbia produced 18.863 ounces of gold last month and 51.699 ounces for the full Q4. They increased guidance early November from 150-160k a year to 165-170k ounces, today they come with a final beat of 173.8k ounces. If you extrapolate this 51.699 ounces Q4 number, you get an annual projected production of 206.000 ounces for 2018. So a blow off top-line number for Q4 2017. But, also expect 1. a very strong (excess) cash flow generation and 2. a net profit bottom line. conversion price at todays USDCAD price lies at $2.42. We should be able to test this number the next few days to weeks. GCM is so cheap that this story is hard to believe
