RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Financials?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Financials? My biggest concerns are daily nrs of little substance.  Too many irons in the fire.  Trying to be everything pot, everywhere while not really getting the first established.  Too many flakey deals and coat-tailing on others accomplishments.
Amongs the negatives I see improvement since Jim Frazier showed up on the scene.  It seems he has a much more logical approach in California and a good chance of success by subbing out some products.
The sharefloat is getting too high and we have gone to the investment community for more money.  I think a lot of investor's money has been wasted on what I consider to be bad deals eg: Nevada, Colorado, bargain basement real estate in States that aren't legal, start -up dispensaries that aren't generating enough cash flow to take a piece of the action.
I do have hope for California if we stick to the plan and get some product out and established and we quit chasing butterflies.  The proceeds of the recent financing need to be allocated to California imo if we can raise the funds.  We need to keep it simple and get some products into the marketplace and get some loyalty and brand awareness for FLI products for which subbing out our recipes is ok and when we are successful we can plan on our own production facility.  Jim is doing this from what I can see.  glta and dyodd
