RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DividendI recall Peabody also suggesting the Board may consider a dividend tied to earnings or cashflow, with an upper limit of 50%.  

Under this model, an expectation of 8.5 cents is reasonable (the mean earnings estimates of analysts is $0.17 for Q4 ... however likely to be revised upwards in the weeks ahead to account for updated commodity price assumptions).
