Fair enough. But if the deal goes through then the value of both sides goes up a lot, and quickly. If it doesn't go through then both will drop a lot very quickly. In the short term it will be best for both to strike a deal, and who knows for the long term what is best for either company? It's going to be speculation on both sides. Without a doubt...this offer on hold is holding back the value of both stocks.

And yes...I'm sure the Newstrike deal is good for right now for Cannimed, but it is it the best path? There are too many factors to know the best possible outcome.
