RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:$0.79 sale!!!!!!!!!!??if the deal was done for share for share, then stock price is not a considering factor. Also if they agreed upon the terms at the time whatever was the consideration, after the fact many things can happen but that does not change the agreed terms unless you scrap the old agreement and make a new one. if it goes through, there is no hope.

Does anyone know the timeline as to when the votes will take place?
