RE:RE:RE:CEO CMED SUES SHAREHOLDERS IN DESPERATIONIm sure they are regretting locking in their shares now tht the exchange ratio is under 2. The deal was not bad a month ago. not anymore. I dont see why ACB won't remove the cap and give up over 3 on the exchange. I thought when they last raised money some of that was coming this way as sweetener; until it does no thanks. Management may suck but the assets are worth a ton. Especially if ACB gets the oils going at full scale it would pay for the company+ in a year
