Thanks for pointing that out. You may be quite correct. But, DL is quite talented in writing convoluted NRs. For this one, he could have written: "This is the first/maiden RE for Quod Est". If he want to add mor info then start with a new sentence stating that the work was carried out by (name of consuting firm) and it is in compliant with JORC rules, etc...
I was expecting a current estimate for Quod Est would be better than the "historical" (2012) values.

Regardless of the date of the RE for Quod Est, the conclusion is still the same: Quod Est is NOT a high resource with high grade (0.2% Co is not high grade) to write home about.

One more example about DL convoluted writing. When he talked about dual listing in Canada on 5 January 2018 NR. Link below.
https://www.artemisresources.com.au/
The word "dual"  triggered a discussion on the listing on the TSX Main board and TSX-Venture. There was no need to include the word "dual" in the NR. Just say ARV is seeking a listing in Canada (i.e. in addition to the listing in Australia) would be good enough.  At least, it would avoid the confusion.

Really? Are you sure about that?
Secondly if you don't understand dual listing there is a issue
