RE:RE:Aurora purchases additional 10,800 CMED shares today Jan 15At this point we do not want it. It undervalues our current share price and our potential future value. We will get a $9.5 mil payout for CMED shareholders (ACB) blocking the merger. CMED and ACB know the payout has to happen if they block the merger as well as per the courts and clearly ACB doesnt mind. We will then have all the money we need to complete our facility expansion and get ready for legalisation in July. Sales license already in place obivously. This is my take on it!
