RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Rad10: You seem confident in what you're saying....I actually spoke with the bond desk, and they were saying that they are not tradeable as they are private issuance. Guess will call and try again tomorrow with another CS rep.
I went thru restructuring holding the shares of an oil and gas company (memp) and basically, they gave 2% of the new company for existing shareholders and useless warrants. Bondholders if bought at the right price fared much better. Having said that I tend to agree with you regarding the outcome of this restructuring. If the shares are bought at a lower price they may have some upside, but the bonds will get bigger % of the new company.
Disclosure:
I owned CXRX from $10 down to $4 and sold with a huge loss. Looking to recoup some losses but with less risk than buying the commons.
