might be sign of close-to completion (re: "surprise" private placement notice in the last NR that also announced the halt) ... or wishful thinking...?

there was also a curious "almost" announcement earlier in the day by someone on twitter that was subsequently wiped... seemed optimistic so not sure what that was about
