RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Any guesses on why the Halt?I believe they said they wanted an appropriate amount of liquidity for a company of their size.
Given that they have $50m cash right now, plus $10k+/T margins Olaroz will be clearing in H2, I'd bet there's another hydroxide plant in our near future, probably in Europe.

It is a capital raise, of sorts. but tied with Toyota aquiring 15% stake in Orocobre at a 17% premium ($7.50 AUD/Share),  increased (25,000 tpa) phase 2 expansion and accellorated phase 2 expansion (commissioning in 2019)
Total carbonate production will be 42,500 tpa
10,000 tpa hydroxide plant in Japan going forward.
