I own HIP and ACB but not CMED

I own HIP and ACB but not CMED
I have read some posts on all of these boards and it seems most are guessing with the results both votes and of course about the share price as a result of votes. This is all IMHO as I am having a hard time figuring out what exactly will happen. I think I would rather HIP (and my vote) say no to the CMED merger as I think they can sore to higher prices. I've always seen HIP shares in the 5 dollar range in the short to mid term once they acquired their sales licence. I guess if CMED has that kind of upside potential on my initial HIP investment when transferred to CMED shares it would be a wash but CMED would have to be over $100.00 per share to give me that kind of upside potential. IMHO I figure it would be easier for HIP to get to 5 then CMED to get to 100 and that's why I vote against the merger. GL regardless. H
