RE:HIP Share Price Puzzle - PLEASE HELP Read more at http://wwwThere is lots of problem with that deal I think. Zettl is really screwing the investors of Hip and CMED (my opinion). If CMED goes back to $15, the HIP shareholder will get 33 shares at $15 . . . not much.

Think about when the takeover was announce. At the time CMED shareholders were getting 4.5 shares (I think 4.72) of ACB for each CMED shares. The shares are now around $12 so basically they would have got $54 for each of their CMED shares (at today's price). Yes, Zettl doesn't care about his shareholders . . .
