There are 4 markets on the OTC. OTCQX, OTCQB, Pink, and Grey. It was on Pink, which meant you could only see the best bid and ask. QB is a step up from Pink. Now there is more market depth visibility:

It's now more liquid, with more market makers buying/selling. Check the "Marketplaces" tab on the OTC site for descriptions of the various markets.
