RE:RE:votes No one knows exact numbers. They need 66 & 2/3% to complete any of the mergers or ACB will buy a controlling stake over a long period of time and force the merger. As far as we know, our CEO, the HIP and other known major shareholders I believe have 58% of the shares to vote yes. So ours is real close. CMED as far as I am reading this right will fail as ACB have a 38% lock up agreement and at this point have bought up another 3-4% of the shares, probably more today. They were at 2.7% with 656,000 purchased and they are another 50k or more up.
